摘要
通过对冰球蓄冷过程的分析,在第三类边界条件下考虑过冷度对冰球蓄冷过程的影响,建立冰球蓄冷过程的数值仿真模型,并用实验数据验证模型的正确性。数值计算分析载冷剂温度、对流换热系数、冰球球径以及材质对蓄冷量和凝固完成时间等的影响规律,为冰球蓄冷过程的进一步优化设计和运行提供指导。
Based on the analysis of the cool storage process inside single spherical capsule and concerning influence of the sub-cooling on the cool storage process,on the condition of the third kind boundary condition,establishes numerical simulation model of the cool storage process inside single spherical copsule, and verifies the validity of the model through the experiments.Analyzes the effects of the secondary refrigerant temperature,the convective heat transfer coefficient,the size and material of the spherical capsule on the cool storage capacity and the time of the solidification process by numerical calculation.Provides some references in the further for designing and controlling of cool storage inside single spherical capsule.
