宽温区节能环保型空调机组电气控制系统的设计与实现 被引量:1

摘要 为了保证一些特殊场合下(如通讯基站、程控机房等)设备的正常运行,通常要求空调机满足室内所要求的高精度温、湿度。为了简化空调产品的系列模式,扩展其应用范围,提高空调机组的节能环保性能,本文设计高精度宽温区节能环保型空调机组的自动控制系统。结合对空调设备本身的研究,重点对空调设备的优化控制的实现做相关工作,给出其电气控制系统设计及采用数码涡旋压缩机技术以及分阶段电子膨胀阀-数码涡旋压缩机同步自适应PID等先进控制技术,改善传统控制的延迟和超调现象,实现机组的宽温区、高精度、节能减排和高效的自动运行。 To ensure the normal operation of equipments in some special working environment such as communication base stations and program-controlled equipment room,air-conditioning units must satisfy room temperature and humidification of high precision requirements.To simplify the type series of air-conditioning products and expand its application and improve energy-saving and environmental protection performance,designs the automatic control system for energy-saving and environmental protection air-conditioning unit with high precision wide-temperature range.By studying air-conditioning facilities and analyzing the implementation of optimum control,analyzes the electrical control system.Through utilizing scroll compressor with digital technology,PID technology which ensures multistage electric expansion valve-digital scroll compressor to operate synchronously and other advantaged control technologies,improves the accuracy of control time and ensures the high precision,energy-saving,emission reduction and high efficiency in wide-temperature range.
