FAAS法测定野生蒲公英中的矿质元素

摘要 采用数控消化炉消化样品,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定野生蒲公英全草中的Fe、Cu、Zn、Ca、Mg、Mn等矿质元素的含量,该法的平均相关系数为0.9983;测定样品的相对标准偏差0.3864%~1.8125%;样品的回收率均在97%以上,表明该法准确、可靠,测定结果为更好地开发野生蒲公英资源提供了依据。 The wild Taraxacum Mongolicum samples were disolved by numerical control digestion system and the mineral elements such as Fe, Zn, Ca, Mg, Mn were determined with flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The average correlation coefficient was 0.9983, the relative standard deviation was from 0.3864% to 1.8125 % and the samples' recoveries were all more than 97%.The results showed that the method was accurate and reliable. The results could provide reference for the research and development of Taraxacum Mongolicum.
