输卵管通液诊疗仪的临床应用及观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨输卵管通液诊疗仪在输卵管通液术中的应用效果.方法 将应用输卵管通液诊疗仪进行输卵管通液术的64例患者作为观察组,采用人工手推进行输卵管通液术的65例患者为对照组,观察两组输卵管通畅程度的诊断、术中患者的疼痛程度及术后输卵管积水并发症.结果 两组输卵管通畅度的诊断有显著差异(χ2=8.385,P<0.025);术中患者疼痛程度观察组明显低于对照组(χ2=20.898,P<0.05);术后输卵管积水发生率对照组显著高于观察组(χ2=4.064,P<0.05).结论 输卵管通液诊疗仪可为输卵管是否通畅提供客观指标,使输卵管通畅度的诊断更为客观,并有效减轻患者疼痛不适及术后输卵管积水并发症.故输卵管通液诊疗仪进行通液术可作为检查输卵管通畅度的首选方法 . Objective To investigate application effect of tubal patent test apparatus by liquid instillation in tubal hydrotubation. Methods 64 patients who received tubal patent test by tubal patent diagnosis and treatment apparatus by liquid instillation were selected in observation group. 65 patients who received tubal patent test by manual injection were selected in control group. Degree of tubal patency, patients' scores in intraoperative pain and incidence of hydrosalpinx after operation in the two groups were observed. Results In accurate rate of diagnosis of tubal pateney, there was a significant difference between the two groups (X2 = 8. 385, P 〈 0.025 ). Patients' scores in intraoperative pain in the observation group were lower than that in the control group (X2 = 20. 898, P 〈 0.05 ). The incidence rate of hydrosalpinx after operation in the control group was higher than that in the observation group (X2 = 4. 064, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Tubal patent test apparatus by liquid instillation can provide an objective index for whether the of tube is patent, which makes diagnosis of degree of tubal patent more objective and accurate. Moreover, it can also effectively lower the patients' scores in intraoperative pain and incidence rate of hydrosalpinx after operation. Therefore tubal patent test apparatus by liquid instillation in tubal hydrotubation can be the first choice to test degree of tubal patency.
