对1 591名大学女性新生月经状况的调查

A survey and analysis of menstrual status of 1 591 female entrants

目的 了解大学女性新生月经状况,防治月经病.方法 对合肥市某大学女性新生1 591名进行问卷调查,并进行统计学分析.结果 调查对象平均初潮年龄为14.12±1.22岁,城镇学生初潮年龄较农村学生早0.35岁,经比较有显著性差异（t=5.774,P＆lt;0.05）;其痛经及经前期综合征发生率较高,分别为51.10%和89.13%.结论 对大学女性新生进行经期卫生知识教育很有必要.

Objective To survey menstrual status of female entrants and to prevent and treat menopathies of them. Methods Menstrual status of 1 591 female entrants in an university in Hefei city was surveyed with a questionnaire. The data were analyzed statistically. Results The mean age of menarche of female entrants was 14.12 （ 14.12 _＋ 1.22） years. The mean ages of menarche of female entrants from urban and rural areas were 13.88 years and 14.23 years respectively with a difference of 0.35 year, and the difference was significant （t =5. 774, P 〈0.05）. The incidences of menalgia and premenstrual syndrome of female entrants from urban areas were were 51.10% and 89.13%, respectively, which were significant higher than those from rural areas. Conclusion It is necessary to educate the female entrants knowledge about mentrual hygiene.
