摘要
通过高聚合度聚乙烯醇(PVA)的试生产,对高聚合度PVA的生产工艺、过程控制等方面进行了深入的研究和探讨。为了使生产更为平稳,应改变、优化釜内搅拌器结构,并对聚合釜釜出管道进行改造;在调整甲醇配比时,必须要相应调整引发剂加料量以消除聚合率对聚合度的影响。
Based on trial production of high polymerization degree polyvinyl alcohol ( PVA), this paper made deep study and discussion on production process and process control of high polymerization degree PVA. It is proposed to change and optimize the structure of blender in polymeric kettle, and reform the pipeline of polymeric kettle; and in adjusting mixture ratio of methanol, the dosing volume of evocating agent must be adjusted accordingly so as to eliminate the influence of polymerization rate on polymerization degree.
