摘要 介绍了提高尾油质量的中压加氢裂化技术(RMC-II)及配套的RN-32V/RHC-3催化剂在1.5 Mt/a中压加氢裂化装置上工业应用情况,并对装置运行初期工业标定所暴露的工程问题进行了适应性改造。结果表明,中压加氢裂化装置在掺炼减三线可获得30%左右的优质尾油(用作蒸汽裂解制乙烯原料)及其他轻质产品,产品性质优良。该技术的成功应用,可以为下游乙烯等生产装置提供充足的优质原料,使中压加氢裂化成为油化一体化的关键技术。 The industrial application of medium pressure hydrogenation cracking technology (RMC - II ) which could improve tail oil quality and its assorted RN - 32V/RHC - 3 catalyst in 1.5 Mt/a medium pressure hydrogenating cracking unit was introduced, and adaptability reformation was conducted on the engineering problems exposed in industrial calibration in the initial operating stage of the unit. Result showed that medium pressure hydrogenating cracking unit could obtain about 30% high - quality tail oil (using as material for producing ethylene from steam cracking) and other high -quality light oil products while processing blending vacuum distillate. The successful application of this technology could provide sufficient excellent material for down- stream production plants as ethylene, and made medium pressure hydrogenating cracking become the key technology for oil and chemicals integration.
