Construction of Talents Cultivation System of Mobile Communications Specialty of Higher Vocational Education Based on Working and Learning Combination

移动通信专业人才培养体系的构建以工学结合为切入点,基于移动终端岗位能力需求,建立系统化的岗位课程体系,并根据技术领域和职业岗位要求,以及参照相关职业资格标准,将职业资格考证内容融入课程,使学生在完成课程学习的同时获得岗位职业资格证书。同时,以校企深度融合建立长期稳定的实习基地为基础,探索"2+1"、"2+0.5+0.5"等人才培养模式。

The construction of talents training system of mobile communications specialty based on the working and learning combination should take working and learning combination as a starting point,establish systematic post curriculum system enclosures capacity needs of mobile terminal posts,and integrate vocational qualification certification contents into curriculum according to technical fields and occupational job requirements,and with reference to relevant professional qualification standards,so that students can complete courses as well as get job vocational qualification certificates.Meanwhile,based on the establishment of long-term stability of the depth of schools and enterprises integration,the ＂2＋1＂,＂2＋0.5＋0.5＂and other new personnel training models were explored.
