摘要
目的探讨分化抑制因子-1(Id-1)和基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)在人大肠癌中的表达及相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学方法(SP法)检测Id-1和MMP-9在56例大肠癌组织及56例远癌肠黏膜中的表达,并分析其与临床病理特征的关系。结果 Id-1和MMP-9在大肠癌组织中的表达高于远癌肠黏膜组织(P<0.01)。Id-1过表达与大肠癌Dukes分期及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),而与年龄、性别、肿瘤组织分化程度无关(P>0.05)。MMP-9过表达与大肠癌Dukes分期及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),但与年龄、性别、肿瘤组织分化程度无关(P>0.05)。Id-1与MMP-9在大肠癌中的表达呈正相关(rs=0.637,P<0.01)。结论 Id-1和MMP-9过表达可能共同参与大肠癌演进,Id-1可与MMP-9结合作为判断大肠癌恶性程度和预后的指标。
ObjectivesTo explore the expression and correlation of inhibitor of differentiation/DNA binding(Id1) and matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP-9) in human colorectal carcinoma.MethodsThe expression of Id-1 and MMP-9 in 56 cases of colorectal carcinoma and 56 cases of intestinal mucosa far from the tumor were determined by immunohistochemical method(SP method),and their relationship with clinicopathological characteristics was analyzed.ResultsThe expression of Id-1 and MMP-9 in colorectal carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in intestinal mucosa far from the tumor(P 0.05).The over-expression of Id-1 in colorectal carcinoma was correlated with Dukes stages and lymph node metastasis(P 0.05),but not correlated with age,gender or grade of differentiation(P 0.05).The over-expression of MMP-9 in colorectal carcinoma was correlated with Dukes stages and lymph node metastasis(P 0.05),but not correlated with age,gender or grade of differentiation(P 0.05).The expression of Id-1 was positively related to MMP-9 expression in colorectal carcinoma(rs =0.637,P 0.05).ConclusionsThe over-expression of Id-1 and MMP-9 in colorectal carcinoma may be together involved in the progression of colorectal carcinoma.Combination of Id-1 and MMP-9 may be a good marker for monitoring the malignant degree and the prognosis of colorectal carcinoma.
