经皮电刺激治疗术后创口愈合不良疗效观察

Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation could accelerate postoperative wound healing

目的评价经皮电刺激治疗术后创口愈合不良的临床疗效。方法将92例术后创口愈合不良患者随机分为经皮电刺激(TENS)组及对照组,各46例,创口长度约5～30cm,深度约2～10cm,两组患者均在临床应用抗生素的基础上,将各项临床特征比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组采用超短波、紫外线,TENS组加用经皮电刺激治疗,每日1次,7日1个疗程,两疗程。结果 TENS组痊愈35例(76.1%),对照组痊愈26例(56.5%),两组痊愈率比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);TENS组平均愈合时间20.1d,对照组平均愈合时间24.0d,两组平均愈合时间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经皮电刺激治疗术后创口愈合不良有较好的疗效。

ObjectiveTo evaluate the effects of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation（TENS） on postoperative wound healing.MethodsTotally 92 patients with postoperative wound（depth ranged between 5-30 cm,length ranged between 2-10 cm） were randomly divided into TENS group（n =46） and control group（n =46）.Based on routine anti-inflammation,patients in control group accepted ultra-short wave and ultraviolet therapy,patients in TENS group accepted additional TENS treatment for two courses（once a day,7 days as a course of treatment）.ResultsTENS treatment had higher total cure rate（76.1% vs.56.5%,P〈0.05） and less mean healing durations（20.1 days vs.24.0 days,P〈0.05） than control group after 2 continuous courses of treatment.ConclusionTranscutaneous electrical nerve stimulation could accelerate postoperative wound healing.
