摘要
本研究选用8个优良自交系,对15个组合F1的几个重要性状进行了配合力和应用潜力的分析。结果表明,各自交系在育种上应用潜力大小顺序是:合344、南5、四单12-1、大四-1、南无名-5、丰金、冬10、冬96.本试验所得穗长和穗位的遗传力较高,h2N分别是68.94%、6333%,株高和百粒重的遗传力中等,h2N分别是4657%、42.15%,小区产量的狭义遗传力是624%。
Eight promising inbred lines of maize were used in the experiment, 15 F1hybrids derived from partial diallel cross were studied for the combining ability.applied potential of several main characters. The results indicated that theheight order of applied potential in breeding of several maize inbred lines wasHe344> Nan5> Sedan12-1> Dasi-1> Nanwuming-5 > Fengjin> Dong10. Dong96. Narrowheritability (h2N) of length of ear and place of ear in this experiment were 68 94%and 63. 33% respectively, h2N of plant height and weight per 100 seeds were 46. 57%and 42. 15% respectively, h2N of yield was 6 24%.
