高原地区慢性血栓栓塞性肺动脉高压8例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 8 cases of chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension in plateau

目的探讨高原地区慢性血栓栓塞性肺动脉高压形成的原因及误诊的原因及对策。方法对2005年1月～2008年12月确诊的8例慢性血栓栓塞性肺动脉高压患者进行回顾性总结。结果 8例患者均伴有高原红细胞增多症,均被误诊或漏诊,误诊率及漏诊率高。结论高原地区慢性血栓性肺动脉高压与高原红细胞增生有关,误诊及漏诊率高,临床医生需提高对本病的认识,力争做到早预防、早诊断及早治疗。

ObjectiveTo investigate the causes of chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension（CTEPH） in plateau,and analyze the reasons of misdiagnosis and countermeasures for misdiagnosis.MethodsThe clinical data of eight cases with CTEPH diagnosed between January 2005 and December 2008 were retrospectively analyzed.ResultsThe eight cases of CTEPH were all with high altitude polycythemia and all misdiagnosed or missed diagnosis.The rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis was high.ConclusionChronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension is related with high altitude polycythemia and has high rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.Clinicians need to raise awareness of the disease,make an effort to improve the early prevention,early diagnosis and early treatment.
