摘要
试验结果表明：禾谷镰孢菌野生型菌株经人工移植七次后，无论是培养性状还是致病力都发生了改变．表现为生长速度减慢，产抱数量减少，分生孢子变小，产毒能力下降以及致病力减弱．培养性状变异与致病力强弱变异表现一致。
The result of the research showed that changes in both culturalcharacteristics and pathogenicity were happened after the wild-type isolate ofFusarium graminesrum had been transplanted for seven times. It can be generallyexpressed that growth rate reduced, conidia decreased and minimized andpathogenicity weakened. The variations of cultural characteristics consistent withthat of pathogenicity
