摘要
对猪苓多糖的提取过程进行了研究。结果表明:猪苓多糖的最佳提取工艺为:用乙醇含量为70%,pH值为6.5的提取液提取;用Sevag法去除蛋白效果最好;用氧化脱色法除色素效果最好;分级沉淀时乙醇浓度为80%时效果最好。
The process of extraction of Polyporus umbellatus polysaccharides were studied.The results showed that the concentration of alcohol amounted in extract to 70% and the value of acidity was about 6.5;the method of Sevag and oxidation-strip were best for removing protein and pigment;the concentration of alcohol amounted to 80% had best effects in fractional precipitation.
