Study on Knowledge Management Standards

知识管理标准是对知识管理领域重要术语概念、基本原理、方法、规则、模式、流程等的统一规定,是知识管理界遵守的共同规范。它具有非强制性的特点,是一种管理标准。介绍国外若干个知识管理标准,并对我国的知识管理标准进行分析,提出制定知识管理标准值得思考的几个问题。

Knowledge management standard is an important uniform requirement about terms, concepts, basic principles, methods, rules, models, processes and so on in the field of knowledge management. It is the common norms which knowledge management com- munity to comply with and has a non-mandatory feature. It is a management standard. This paper introduces a number of foreign stand- ards of knowledge management, analyzes China knowledge management standards, and proposes several issues worthy of thinking about during the draft of knowledge management standards.
