Research on Internal Knowledge Transfer Mechanism of College Science Research Teams Based on Knowledge Energy

首先以高校中的科研团队为基础,从任务目标和人员构成的二维视角,探讨高校科研团队的组成模式。深入分析知识提供方特性、知识接受方特性和知识特性3个因素对高校科研团队内部知识转移的影响。在知识转移影响分析的成果上,基于知识势能原理,建立高校科研团队内部的知识势能矩阵,探讨科研团队内部知识转移的机理。

Firstly, on the basis of college science research teams, composing model of college science research teams is discussed from the two angles of the view of task goals and the personnel composition. Influences of knowledge provider characteristics, knowledge re- ceiving side characteristics and knowledge characteristics on internal knowledge transfer of college science research teams are analyzed. On the basis of the results of knowledge transfer influence analysis, internal knowledge energy martrix of college science research teams is established based on knowledge energy principle. And the mechanism of internal knowledge transfer in college science research teams is discussed.
