丙酮酸钙对摔跤运动员血液生化指标的影响

摘要 目的:探讨补充丙酮酸钙对摔跤运动员血液生化指标的影响。方法:选取男性摔跤运动员22例,随机分为观察组和对照组各11例,观察组给予口服6 g/d的丙酮酸钙,对照组口服同等剂量的安慰剂;2组运动员保持相同的生活和正常训练模式,共观察8周。观察前后检测2组血液生化指标(血糖、胰岛素、血常规、血钙、尿素氮)及静息代谢率(RMK)。结果:8周后2组血常规中白细胞较观察前有升高,其余各项生化指标与观察前比较均差异无统计学意义。结论:6 g/d丙酮酸钙补充8周对于摔跤运动员血液生化指标无明显影响。
