摘要
以杜仲(EucommiaulmoidesOliv.)幼苗的茎、叶为外植体,在附加植物激素的MS、B5和H培养基上,诱导出了大量的愈伤组织(平均诱导率94.2%)。在继代培养中建立了3个愈伤组织无性系。绝大多数愈伤组织系以橡胶烃表示的杜仲胶含量都超过了对照(幼苗茎、叶)的50%。B5培养基适宜于生产杜仲胶,附加激素B有利于提高含胶量。愈伤组织系的平均含胶量5.62%,为对照的59.4%。
The stem and leaf of the seedlings of Eucommia
ulmoides Oliv.being used as explants ,a large amount of callus was induced on MS,B5 and H
medium supplemented with plant hormones with an average induction frequency of 94.2%
.Three callus clones were established in the course of the subculture of callus.Gutta content
that was expressed as rubber-hydrocarbon content exceeded the control's (the stem and leaf of
seedlings)by 50% for the overwhelming majority of callus clones.B5 medium was suitable for
the production of gutta and hormone B was advantageous to the increase of gutta content.An
average gutta content of the callus clones was 5.62% or 59.4% of the control's.
