摘要
本项研究采用饲养试验、消化代谢试验和呼吸测热试验的方法,对梅花鹿生茸期饲喂不同日粮蛋白质水平下,营养物质消化代谢规律进行了研究。结果表明:①梅花鹿体蛋白能沉积量和体脂肪沉积量受日粮蛋白质水平的显著影响(p<0.05);②日粮蛋白质水平对梅花鹿体蛋白质沉积量影响显著(p<0.05);③日粮蛋白质水平较低时,甲烷能产量较高(p<0.05);④不同日粮蛋白质水平对产热量、干物质消化率影响较小(p>0.05)。
The energy conversion efficiency of sika deer was studied by digestible metabolic trials and indirect respiration calorimetric experiments under the different protein levels. The main results were obtained as follows:(1)The body protein energy retention (EPR) increased with increasing protein intake(p<0.05).(2)The body retention nitrogen of the 23.76% protein groups were higher than those of the 18.75% protein goups(p<0.05).(3)The CH4E production of sika deer was decreased with improvement of the dietary protein levels(p<0.05).
