摘要
对狐阴道加德纳氏菌三个血清型的共同抗原蛋白进行免疫印迹试验，结果证实，４条共同抗原蛋白带中，只有７４．１Ｋ蛋白Ｗｅｓｔｅｒｎ－ｂｌｏｔ呈现阳性反应，从凝胶中提纯７４．１ＫＤ蛋白免疫小鼠，免疫后３５ｄ采血分离血清，以ＤＯＴ－ＥＬＩＳＡ进行检测，血清抗体呈现阳性反应，证实７４．１Ｋ蛋白能产生免疫应答。
Western-bolt was wsed to analyse three serotypes common antigen protein of Gardnerella Vaginalis of fox ,the result confirmed that only 74.1KD protein was positve among four common antigen protein bands,little white mice was immuned with purified 74.1KD protein from the gel ,the blood was collected and serum was sperated after 35days immunization ,ELISA was used to examin serum antibody that was positive, this confirmed 74.1KD protein can produce immune response.
