车载方舱隔振系统试验研究

摘要 为了评估某方舱车隔振系统的减振效果,对其动力学模型进行了分析,并将设计的成品车在C级路面和E级路面上进行了行驶试验,对方舱底部和机柜的三向振动加速度在时域和频域内进行了详细分析.结果表明:所设计的隔振系统对随机振动和冲击均有明显的减振效果,有效地保证了车载精密仪器的可靠性. In order to evaluate the practical effect of the vibration isolation system of shelter in vehicles,the dynamic model is established,and the running tests were performed under C and E level road.The vibration accelerations of differernt measured points,which are on the shelter and electronic cabinet,are analyzed in the time domain and frequency domain in detail.The results show that this isolation system reduce the random and shock transmission from cabin to electronic cabinet effectively, which is benefit for the performance of electronic instrument.
