摘要
为了满足滚筒洗衣机洗涤状态低转速大转矩,脱水状态高转速小转矩的要求,构建了一种直驱式滚筒洗衣机用PMSM矢量控制系统。针对脱水状态,提出了一种能用8位单片机实现的基于超前角的新型弱磁控制方法,分析了超前角的取值边界。该平台采用霍尔传感器检测转子位置,用下桥臂采样电阻检测相电流,进一步节约了系统成本。实验结果表明,所提出的控制系统具有良好的动静态特性,满足洗衣机应用场合的要求。
A high performance ,low cost vetor control system for PMSMs in drum washing machines was presented in this paper. Considering the high torque-low speed in the washing mode and low torque-high speed in the dewashing mode, a novel field-weakening control method based on advanced angle was proposed especially for the dewashing mode, which can be realized in 8 bit MCU. The range of the advanced angle was analysed in the paper. In order to save costs, the rotor position was detected by the hall sensors, while the phase current was measured by two shunts in the low leg of the IGBT. Experimental result shows that the static and dynamic characteristics of the designed system are good, and that the system can meet the demand of the drum washing machine application.
