汉族管理控制偏好内部一致性实证研究

摘要 新疆地区的多民族和多宗教可能会形成不同的管理控制偏好,但是,多民族之间的融合又会形成管理控制偏好的相互渗透。文章以新疆地区的汉族为对象,研究其管理控制偏好是否具有内部一致性。根据498份有效问卷的数据统计分析发现,汉族内部管理控制偏好总体差异率是39.28%,这说明汉族内部还是以一致性为主,一致性高于差异性。 Different preferences in management control in Xinjiang may take shape due to the region's multi-nationality and multi-religious feature and these preferences may infiltrate into each other following the fusion of different ethnic groups. Focusing on the Han nationality in Xinjiang,this article studies whether there is an internal consistency in their preference in management control. Statistical analysis of the data from 498 questionnaires shows that the overall variance ratio among Han nationality in their preference in management control is 39.28% and this illustrates that internal consistency is dominant among Han people,outrunning the difference.
