偏心挤压成形管材弯曲件研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用偏心挤压的方法,实现了弯曲管件一次性挤压成形;采用有限元法,在DEFORM-3D软件上实现了弯曲铝合金管件偏心挤出过程的三维数值模拟,分析了偏心挤压过程速度场分布、材料流动规律、挤压力和应力场分布;介绍了一次性挤压直接成形弯曲管件的机理,从模具设计及实际试验方面对偏心挤压进行了进一步的研究。 Eccentric extrusion method is used to achieve one shot extrusion forming process of pipe bending fittings in this paper,three-dimensional numerical simulation of extrusion forming process for bending aluminum-alloy pipe fittings was carried out with DEFORM-3D using finite element commercial software by using finite element method,velocity field distribution,material flow regularity,extruding force and stress field distribution of the eccentric extrusion process was analyzed.The mechanism of one shot extrusion direct forming bending pipe fitting was also introduced,and further studies had been carried out in terms of the mold design and practical tests of eccentric extrusion.
