系泊链全环磁粉自动检测装置设计

摘要 为了改变系泊链磁粉检测完全由工人手工完成的现状,提高检测覆盖精度,研制了一种填补国内空白的系泊链全环磁粉自动检测装置。该装置主要由4部分组成:垂直扫描机构,圆周回转机构,探头直线运动机构和探头自适应机构,共有6个自由度。同时运用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对装置中横向大跨度垂直扫描机构进行了静态强度与刚度及动态特性校核。计算结果表明:垂直扫描机构静态强度与刚度可靠;驱动脉动频率远离主要激振频率,结构具有良好的动态特性。 To change the current situation that the magnetic powder testing of mooring chain is completely conducted by operator by hands,and improve the covering accuracy of the detection,an automatic mooring chain magnetic powder testing device which filled in the gap of the domestic field was developed.This device is mainly composed of four parts:the vertical scanning mechanism,the rotational mechanism,the probe linear motion mechanism and the probe self adaptive mechanism.There are 6 degrees of freedoms in all.The static strength and rigidity as well as the dynamic characteristics verification of the transverse large span vertical scanning mechanism in this mechanism was carried out by applying the finite element analysis software-ABAQUS.The results show that the strength and rigidity of the vertical scanning mechanism is reliable,the natural frequencies are far apart from the driving fluctuant frequency,the structure has good dynamic characteristics.
