温水疗法在手烧伤康复期的应用研究

Applied research of warm water therapy for patients with hands burn rehabilitation

目的研究温水疗法在手烧伤康复期的疗效。方法将96例手烧伤患者随机分为观察组和对照组各48例,两组患者均接受常规的临床手术治疗和护理的同时,对照组采用弹力手套加压治疗以及主动及被动手指活动,观察组采用对照组的方法外加用了温水疗法。结果观察组患者手指关节总活动度(TAM)及日常生活活动能力(ADL)积分明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论应用温水疗法进行功能锻炼,可预防关节挛缩、关节僵直,有利于手部功能恢复。

Objective To study the curative effect of warm water therapy for the rehabilitation of hand burn. Method 96patients were randomly divided into treatment groups and control groups.48Patients in control groups was given pressure treatment with stretch gloves and active-passive activities of fingers.48patients in treatment groups was given additional warm water therapy besides method used in control groups.Result The integrals of the treatment groups between the total finger joint activity（TAM）and activities of daily living（ADL）were obviously better than that of the control groups.There were significant difference in the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Functional exercise by applying warm water therapy could not only prevent joint contracture and joint stiffness,but also was helpful to restore hand function.
