摘要
以规划设计方案的生态可持续性为研究对象,分析了基于权重的生态性评估体系的缺陷,提出了非权重方法的研究对策,进而建立了以ULEE(城市景观生态效率)为核心指标、EF(生态足迹)为统一度量的非权重法评估的理想模型,建构了2大类6组基本评估指标体系,讨论了相关指标的计算思路,建立了基于非权重方法的生态性评估研究框架,提出了规划因素与"生态性"的关联性、规划图式与生态意义、评估程序等需进一步研究的主要内容。
Taking the eco-sustainability of planning as the study object,analyzed the limitation of the known eco-characteristic assessment system,which based on the weighting method,and advanced a new idea about non-weighting method.The assessment model taking ULEE(urban landscape ecological efficiency) as the central target and EF(Ecological Footprint) as the uniform measurement was established,as well as the research frame of the non-weighting eco-characteristic assessment system.Furthermore,the major content of further research was mentioned in this paper.
