摘要
FLUENT软件具有丰富的物理模型、先进的数值方法以及强大的后处理功能,可以用来模拟阵列纤维网的过滤过程。利用FLUENT软件模拟方法研究了流体通过纤维阵列时的压力变化、纤维网对流体中颗粒物的捕集效率的影响。模拟结果表明:纤维直径减小、纤维层数增加时,流体压力降增加;纤维阵列对气流中颗粒的捕集率很低,并且纤维直径和纤维阵列组合的变化对颗粒捕集效率的影响不明显;当液体流通过直径相同的纤维阵列时,随着纤维间间距的增大,捕集效率逐步降低;当液体流通过由直径不同的两种纤维组成的混合阵列时,其捕集效率也与孔隙率相关。
FLUENT software provides rich physical modeling, advanced numerical methods and powerful post-processing functions, can be used to simulate filtering process in fiber array. FLUENT software was used as a tool to simulate the pressure changing as the fluid through the fiber array and the effect of fiber array on the collection efficiency of particles in fluid. The simulation results showed that the pressure drop of the fluid raised when fiber diameter reduced or the number of fiber layers increased, fiber array exhibited a low collection efficiency of particles in airflow, and there was no obvious influence on the collection efficiency of particles when the fiber diameter or the combination of fiber array was changed. When the liquid flow went through the fiber array with the same fiber diameter, the collection efficien- cy of particles decreased gradually with the increasing distance between fibers. When the liquid flow through the mixed fiber array composed of fibers with two different fiber diameters, the collection efficiency of particles was also related to the porosity ratio.
