南宁市青少年吸烟行为流行现状

Epidemiological Study of Smoking Among Adolescents in Nanning

目的了解南宁市青少年的吸烟状况以及吸烟行为影响因素,为制定有效干预措施提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,对南宁市6所初中、6所高中、3所职业高中和2所大学共3 573名学生进行匿名自填问卷调查。结果南宁市青少年尝试吸烟报告率为37.8%,第一次吸完整支烟时≤13岁的报告率为14.3%;现在吸烟报告率为14.7%,被动尝试吸烟的报告率为50.9%。结论南宁市青少年对吸烟的成瘾性及危害认识不足。家庭环境和同伴压力是主要影响因素。加强对吸烟行为的早期预防教育和干预刻不容缓。

Objective To identify the adolescents＇ smoking status and influencing factors of smoking behavior in Narming, and to provide the evidence for the intervention and prevention. Methods By completing the anonymous questionnaire, 3 573 students in 6 middle schools, 6 high schools, 3 vocational high schools and 2 universities were investigated in Nanning city. Results The rate of attempting smoking was 37.8%, the rate of smoked a whole cigarette at the first time under 13 year old was 14.3% ; the rate of recent smoking was 14.7%. The reported rate of negative attempting smoking was 50.9%. Conclusion The Nanning adolescents don t have enough knowledge about smoking and drug abuse. The pressure from home environment and the companion are the major influencing faciors. Strengthening early education to resist smoking behavior is becoming more urgent and critical.
