摘要
目的探讨中学生自我效能和生活事件对心理健康的作用机制,为有效开展中学生心理卫生工作以及更好地增进中学生心身健康水平提供理论依据。方法随机整群抽取杭州市4所中学526名初、高中生为研究对象,采用SPSS 13.0和AMOS 4.0建立生活事件、自我效能、焦虑抑郁情绪等因素对心理健康的作用途径。结果自我效能总分分别与生活事件、焦虑、抑郁及心理健康总分呈显著负相关。生活事件既直接对中学生心理健康产生作用,又通过抑郁、焦虑等情绪对中学生心理健康产生作用。自我效能通过情绪和对生活事件的调节作用,对中学生心理健康产生影响。结论中学生心理健康教育应加强自我效能教育,促进中学生的心理健康。
Objective To discuss the mechanism of self-efficacy impact on mental health of middle school students, and to provide evidence for improving the students mental health. Methods SPSS 13.0 and AMOS 4.0 were used to determine the impact of life events, self-efficacy, anxiety and depress on mental health among 526 middle school students. Results Life events affected mental health of middle school students directly, but could also affect it by emotion such as anxiety and depress. Self-efficacy modulated life events, and further influents mental health of middle school students. Self-efficacy affected mental health by emotion. Conclusion The mechanism of mental and physical health furthermore provides the framework to effectively carry out the mental health work of middle school, as well as to enhance the level of physical and mental health in middle school students.
