低温工况隔膜计量泵经常出现隔膜破裂或计量不准等故障。通过观察分析,认为造成故障的主要原因是隔膜计量泵周围空气中存在凝结水。针对故障产生的原因,对隔膜计量泵进行了改造,采取了通入循环氮气的措施,改造后隔膜计量泵的隔膜破裂或计量不准等问题得到了解决。
The troubles of diaphragm cracking or inaccurate metering of the low - temperature diaphragm pump frequently occurred in operation. The analysis concluded that the main culprit was the water condensate present in the air around the diaphragm metering pump. After revamping of the diaphragm metering pump and introduction of nitrogen, the diaphragm of the pump no longer cracks and meeting is accurate.
