摘要
作为一种先进的教学手段,多媒体辅助食品生物化学教学可有效提高教学效率和效果。但在教学实践中,还存在着一些不足,需充分认识并改进,才能真正使多媒体在食品生物化学教学中发挥积极作用。
The multimedia technology plays an important role in food biochemistry teaching. In this paper,the pros and cons of multimedia assisted food biochemistry teaching was analyzed,and the improving measurements was also presented.
