湿润烧伤膏治疗雷电烧伤的临床体会

Clinical Experience of Treating Thunder and Lighting Burn with MEBO Ointment

目的:总结湿润烧伤膏在雷电烧伤中的疗效。方法:对收治的23例雷电烧伤患者采用湿润烧伤膏治疗,对治疗结果进行分析总结。结果:23例雷电烧伤患者创面均实现Ⅰ期愈合,随访无瘢痕增生及挛缩畸形等并发症。结论:湿润烧伤膏治疗雷电烧伤,操作简单,疗效显著,创面愈合快,是雷电烧伤的首要治疗方法。

Objective： To summarize the clinical effect of MEBO ointment in treating thunder and lightning burn. Methods： 23 hospitalized patients of thunder and light burn were treated with MEBO ointment. The obtained results were analyzed. Results： All of 23 patients were cured in primary healing. No complications including scar formation and con- traeture deformities were observed in the period of following - up visits. Conclusion ： MEBO ointment is primary method to treat the thunder and lightning burn since it is simple, significant effect and promoting wound healing.
