Application of Skin Regeneration Therapy in Treating Incision Ulcer of Abdominal Surgery

目的:解决腹腔复杂手术后并发腹壁溃疡的难题。方法:用皮肤再生医疗技术及湿润烧伤膏治疗腹壁切口溃疡。结果:治疗的2个病例,在肉芽创面上均培养出数个皮岛,经皮岛扩增与周边上皮融合。结论:皮肤再生医疗技术及湿润烧伤膏可作为治疗腹腔手术后切口并发溃疡的一种新疗法。

Objective： To solve the problems of abdominal wall ulcers caused by complicated abdominal surgery. Methods ： Incision ulcers of abdominal surgery were treated by Skin Regeneration Therapy and MEBO Ointment. Results ： Several skin islands were observed at the sites of 2 patients＇ granulation wounds, and then the skin islands integrated with the surrounding epithelium of the wounds through expansion of the skin islands. Conclusion： Skin Regeneration Therapy and MEBO ointment can be used as a new therapy to treat incision ulcers of abdominal surgery.
