湿润烧伤膏联合红外线治疗压疮的疗效观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的:观察湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)联合红外线治疗对Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度压疮的疗效。方法:选取2006年1月至2009年12月收治的68例压疮患者,应用湿润烧伤膏联合红外线照射压疮创面治疗,每日2次,观察创面愈合情况及愈合时间。结果:MEBO联合红外线照射治疗压疮效果满意。Ⅱ度压疮平均愈合时间为(7±1.4)天,Ⅲ度压疮平均愈合时间为(11±2.1)天。结论:MEBO联合红外线治疗对Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度压疮效果满意,且费用低廉、易于操作。 Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBO Ointment combining with infrared in treating bedsore of II and III degree. Method: 68 cases of bedsore patients collected from Jan. 2006 to Dec. 2009 were treated with MEBO Ointment combining with infrared, 2 times per day. Wound healing process and healing time were observed and recorded. Result: It has a good effect to treat bedsore with MEBO Ointment plus infrared. The average healing time of bedsore of II and III degree were 7 + 1.4d and 11 +_ 2. 1 d respectively. Conclusion : It has a satisfactory effect to treat bedsore of II and III degree with MEBO Ointment plus infrared, which is cheap and easy to operate.
