摘要
目的:探讨CO_2激光照射与湿润烧伤膏联合治疗睑黄瘤的疗效。方法:64例病变先运用CO_2激光气化治疗,根据照射创面处理方法分为两组:湿润烧伤膏组:烧灼后创面外涂湿润烧伤膏;传统组:创面采用外科换药法治疗(外用0.5%碘伏),观察它们的创面愈合时间、创面恢复后的外观形态等。结果:湿润烧伤膏组创面平均愈合时间7.8天±1天,外观理想;传统组创面平均愈合时间13.0天±1.5天,15例29处创面出现扁平瘢痕。结论:CO_2激光照射与湿润烧伤膏联合治疗睑黄瘤疗效肯定,使用方便。
Objective： To explore the clinical effect of treating Xanthelasma with CO2 Laser plus MEBO Ointment. Method： 64 cases of Xanthelasma patients treated with CO： Laser were enrolled in. According to post - laser burn wounds management methods, the patients were divided into two groups, i.e. MEBO Ointment group （ MEBO Ointment was applied to the laser burn wounds） and conventional group （conventional surgery dressing care was applied to the laser burn wounds） . Wound healing time and appearance after wound healing were observed and recorded. Results： In MEBO Ointment group, the average healing time was 7.8 ± 1.0d, the ideal appearance was observed. While, in conventional group, the average healing time was 13.0 -1.5d, 15 cases （29 wounds） appeared flat scar. Conclusion： It is an effective and easy to use method to treat Xanthelasma with CO2 Laser plus MEBO Ointment.
