Effect of Essential Drug System on Clinical Management and Control of Use of Drugs

目的:探讨基本药物制度对临床用药管控的影响,为基本药物制度实施提供参考。方法:根据基本药物制度的相关政策内容,结合我国医疗卫生实际情况,分析基本药物制度对临床用药管控的影响,并提出改进措施。结果:由于药品的特殊性和部分基本药物定价不合理,有必要进行临床用药管控。基本药物制度的推广有助于促进医德医风的树立,提高临床合理用药水平。结论:基本药物遴选专家库应进一步"透明化",同时应加强基层医疗卫生服务建设,临床应用中更要发挥临床药师的作用,促进基本药物制度对临床用药管控产生更加积极的影响。

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the effect of Essential Drug System on management and control of clinical use of drugs to provide reference for implementing Essential Drug System.METHODS：According to relevant policies of Essential Drug System and the contents of actual situation of health care in China, the effect of Essential Drug System on the management and control of drugs use was analyzed, and improvement measures were put forward.RESULTS：As the specialty of drugs and irrational pricing of essential drugs, it was necessary to conduct management and control of clinical use of drugs.Promotion of Essential Drug System contributed to the setting of medical ethics, improvement of rational use of drugs.CONCLUSION：The selection of essential drugs experts system should be further transparent, and primary health care services should be strengthened.The roles of pharmacists should be played fully in the clinic so that the effect of Essential Drug System on the management and control of clinical use of drugs can be promoted.
