氨茶碱在药动学指导下的合理应用

Rational Use of Aminophylline under the Instruction of Pharmacokinetic Theory

目的:为合理应用氨茶碱治疗哮喘提供参考。方法:应用药动学原理计算出个体患者使用氨茶碱后的茶碱总清除率K总、稳态峰浓度Csm、稳态谷浓度Csi、高于最佳效果10mg·L-1时间百分比。结果与结论:根据患者的自身情况,制订药动学指导下的个体化氨茶碱最佳治疗方案,对临床安全、有效使用氨茶碱非常有意义。

OBJECTIVE：To provide reference for rational use of aminophylline in patients with asthma.METHODS：Total clearance rate K总, steady state peak concentration Csm, steady state valley concentration Csi and time percentage of C10 mg·L-1 were calculated using pharmacokinetic theory after individual patient received aminophylline.RESULTS CONCLUSION：Individual aminophylline therapeutic regimen has been optimzed according to individual case.It is of great significance to use aminophylline safely and effectively.
