我院2007～2009年注射用胰岛素使用情况分析

Analysis of the Utilization of Insulin for Injection in Our Hospital from 2007 to 2009

目的:了解医院门诊和住院药房注射用胰岛素的使用情况和特点。方法:利用我院"军卫一号"系统调取2007～2009年注射用胰岛素使用情况数据,对其销售额、DDDs、门诊和住院使用情况等进行统计、分析。结果:胰岛素的使用正在普及,2007～2009年间销售额分别上涨91.53%、31.73%;预混胰岛素是目前最常使用的剂型,其中的精蛋白生物合成人胰岛素注射液(30R)、门冬胰岛素30注射液在门诊应用广泛,而短效普通胰岛素在住院药房的使用中占有很高比例。结论:我院注射用胰岛素使用基本合理,应根据不同患者的特点采取不同治疗措施,尽量做到个体化给药。

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the utilization and characteristics of Insulin for injection in outpatient and inpatient department of our hospital, and to provide reference for rational use of drugs.METHODS：The utilization of Insulin for injection in our hospital from 2007 to 2009 were analyzed statistically by ＂Army No.1 System＂ in terms of consumption sum, DDDs and the utlization of Insulin for injection in out-patient and in-patient department.RESULTS：Insulin had been widely used in the clinic.Consumption sum of Insulin injection was increased by 91.53% in 2007 and 31.73% in 2009.Premixed insulin was the most commonly used dosage form.Novolin 30R and Novomix 30R were widely used in out-patient department; however, the mostly used one in the in-patient department was short-acting insulin （regular insulin）.CONCLUSION：The usage of insulin therapy is basal reasonable, and should be different according to individual characteristics.
