我院4103例门诊破伤风抗毒素使用情况分析

Application Analysis of Tetanus Antitoxin of 4103 Cases in Our Hospital

目的:了解我院门诊破伤风抗毒素(TAT)的使用情况,并分析影响其皮试阳性率的因素。方法:收集门诊注射使用TAT患者的年龄、性别、临床诊断、皮试和注射结果、药品的生产厂家和批号等信息,并进行统计、分析。结果:门诊4103例使用TAT的患者中,男性多于女性,年轻和外伤患者占大多数。TAT皮试阳性率与患者的性别、年龄无相关性,与临床症状和药品的生产厂家及批号有关。结论:我院门诊破伤风抗毒素的使用基本合理。因更换厂家和批号,TAT皮试阳性率逐渐增加,应引起注意。

OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the usage of tetanus antitoxin （TAT） in our outpatient department and analyze the factors about positive skin test of TAT.METHODS：Collected and analyzed the data about patients＇ skin test of TAT in different gender, age, clinical diagnosis, the manufacturer and batch number of TAT.RESULTS：In the 4 103 cases injected with TAT, the result showed that male patients are more than female, and mostly were young and external injured.Positive rate of skin test of TAT was irrelevant to patients＇ gender and age, but relevant to clinical symptoms, the manufacturer and batch number of TAT.CONCLUSION：The use of TAT in our hospital is rational on the whole.The positive rate of skin test of TAT would gradually increase when the manufacturer and batch number of TAT changed.
