血清与关节滑液葡萄糖-6-磷酸异构酶检测在类风湿关节炎中意义的研究 被引量：1

摘要 葡萄糖-6-磷酸异构酶（glucose-6-phosphate isomerase，GPI）是一种多功能的蛋白分子，存在于各种细胞胞质中，参与糖酵解和糖异生，也作为一种细胞因子或生长因子分泌于细胞外，促进细胞增殖和迁移。近来GPI与类风湿关节炎（rheumatoid arthritis，RA）的关系成为研究热点，但GPI在RA关节滑液中的检测及RA患者血清与关节滑液中的GPI水平关系鲜见报道。
