利用RAPD分析蜡梅自然居群的遗传变异 被引量:25

摘要 对蜡梅Chimonanthuspraecox(L.)Link二自然居群21个单株的DNA样品进行RAPD分析,结果表明:蜡梅的自然居群内,遗传变异水平在蜡梅属中属于比较高的,单株间遗传差异较大;而居群间遗传距离近,相似性高,遗传分化程度低.说明蜡梅的变异主要来自于居群内。 Using RAPD markers the genetic variation within and between 2 natrual populations of Chimonanthus praecox was detected in this paper.Results showed as follows:the genetic variation level within population of Ch.praecox was the highest in genus Chimonanthus ,but the genetic distance of some natural populations of Ch.nitens between individuals of the population was great.However the genetic distance between populatons was the lowest,which suggested a low differentiation level between populations.It was concluded that genetic variation of Ch.praecox mainly originated from inner population, which coincided with its morphological variation.
