该文综合了蜡梅科植物１９８５～１９９５年１０ａ期间的研究成果，从种质资源、形态分类、微观形态及细胞学、化学成分研究以及蜡梅的园林用途、繁殖、切花保鲜等方面进行了论述．

The research advances of the period from 1985 to 1995 were summed up and discussed, including its germplasm resources,taxonomy,macro and micro morphology,cytology, chemical composition, landscape usage,propagation and the preservation of its cut flower. Finally, suggestions were given on the emphasis of the future research.
