摘要
针对新钢第一炼钢厂110 t RH真空炉投产初期耐火材料使用寿命偏低的问题,对RH真空炉各部位的耐火材料技术要求进行了分析,制定了合理的砌筑、烘烤、冷却制度及科学的使用、维护方法,从而延长了RH真空炉的关键部位——下部槽和浸渍管的使用寿命。
Aiming at the problem of low refractory material life which used in 110 - ton RH vacuum furnace in Xinyu Steel, the refractory material used in different parts inside the vacuum furnace is analysed and reasonable methods for masonry, baking, cooling are worked out. The problem for low life of the key parts of it underhole and dip pipe is solved.
