青海电网变电站防误闭锁装置运行评估分析及防范措施

Valuation Analysis and Countermeasures of Error-locking Prevention Device Operation in Substation of Qinghai Power Grid

文章对青海电力公司系统1985—2008年变电站恶性误操作事故原因进行了概括分析,通过青海电网110 kV及以上变电站防误装置的运行状况,分析和评价了各类防误装置存在的主要问题,并提出了防范措施和建议。

The paper makes summarize and analysis of five serious misoperation accident and its reason in substation of Qinghai power grid from 1985 to 2008,and makes overview on the operation status of error-locking prevention device of 110kV and over it substation in Qinghai power grid,as well as generally analyzes and evaluates subject matter of various error-locking prevention device,thus provides countermeasures and suggestions.
