摘要
诱导苦丁茶具节茎段芽体发生、生长与增殖的培养基，以改良ＡｎｄｅｒｓｏｎＭＳ培养基＋ＢＡ２．０ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＮＡＡ０．１ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＺＴ２．０ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＧＡ３０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ较为适宜；以改良ＡｎｄｅｒｓｏｎＭＳ培养基＋ＢＡ３．０ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＮＡＡ０．２５ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＺＴ１．０ｍｇ／Ｌ继代培养。培养时温度为２８℃，光照度为１５００ｌｘ，光照时间为１４ｈ／ｄ；生根处理用１／４ＭＳ＋ＩＢＡ１．０ｍｇ／Ｌ培养基。
The bud induction,growth
and multiplication processes from the nodal segments of Ilex kudingcha C.J.Tseng
occur best under the
condition of modified Anderson(1980b)medium supplemented with 2 0 mg/L BA+0 1mg/L
NAA+2 0 mg/LZT+0 5 mg/L GA 3.The excised shoots subculture on the same medium
containing 3 0 mg/L BA,0 25 mg/L NAA and 1 0 mg/L ZT.This subculture is maintained
at a constant temperature of 28 ℃ at the illumination of 1 500 lx with a diurnal regimen
of 14h day and 10 h night.Root differentiation is best obtained by culturing the tube
shoots on one quater strength MS medium with 1 mg/L IBA.
