摘要
为适应快速变化的市场,企业需要更加灵活、快速反应的人力资源管理平台和解决方案,越来越多的企业认识到人力资源信息系统的重要性,更加重视人力资源的管理与开发。笔者从人力资源管理的角度,分析了目前企业实施信息化人力资源管理存在的主要问题,并对企业如何有效地实施信息化人力资源管理进行了探讨,结合自身的工作实践和学习体会,提出以下观点与同仁们共同商榷。
To accommodate the rapidly changing market, the enterprises need the human resources management platform and solution which is more flexible and has faster response. The importance of human resource information system has been realized by increasing number of enterprises who attach weight to the management and development of human resources. From the perspective of human resource management, the main problems to implement informationization human resources management existed in the enterprises were analyzed, and discussion on how to implement the management effectively was carried out. In addition, combined with the working and learning experiences, the following opinions were put forward for reference.
