摘要
工程项目实施阶段是决定工程使用价值的重要阶段。在此阶段,合同管理的效率直接影响到工程各项目标的顺利实现。笔者通过多个项目管理经验,论述了工程项目实施阶段合同管理的工作重点,分析了存在的制约因素,并提出了相应对策,旨在对工程项目实施阶段的合同管理有所裨益。
The engineering project implementation phase is an important stage of determining the project use value. In this stage, the efficiency of coutract management directly affected smooth realization of each target. With the management experiences of multiple projects, the working priorities of contract management in project implementation stage were discussed, and the existing restricted factors were analyzed. Moreover, some corresponding countermeasures were put forward aimed at getting benefits to project owners' contract management in the project implementation phase.
