摘要
介绍了江阴兴澄特种钢有限公司的大断面圆坯连铸机结品器液压振动装置控制系统的设计原理。生产实践证明,该系统具有设计合理、运行可靠、控制精度高、用户界面友好、操作维护简便等优点。铸坯表面质量得到较大的改善。
The design concept of mould hydraulic oscillation unit automatic control system for large-size round bloom caster in Jiangyin Xing Cheng Special steel Co.,Ltd.is introduced.Production practice shows that this automatic control system has the advantages of rational design,reliable operation,high control precision,friendly user interface,simple operation and maintenance and so on.The surface quality of round bloom castings is improved obviously after the system revamping and upgrading.
