钢丝缠绕预应力嵌合结构基础性原理

摘要 钢丝缠绕预应力嵌合结构是指在预应力钢丝缠绕层的预紧下,嵌合子结构经界面嵌合作用而连接起来的结构。其应用解决了重型承载结构的设计、制造、运输、安装等诸多困难。近年来在我国自主建造的万吨级重型压机中已经得到广泛应用,但嵌合连接的基础性原理研究远滞后于工程应用。现重点从多峰弹塑性接触理论、断裂力学和弱边界理论三个方面对嵌合原理进行分析和探讨,为嵌合结构的深入研究和工程应用提供了初步的基础性原理支持。 The prestressed bumpy-ridge structure with steel wire wound is the structure that the sub parts are connected by interface bumpy-ridge effect under steel wire layers pretension.Its application solves the heavy support structure design,manufacturing,transportation,installation,and many other difficulties.In recent years,this structure has been widely used in China's own built 10 000 t-class heavy hydraulic press.However,the basic research of bumpy ridge principle lagged its engineering applications,through focusing on analyzing and exploring the bumpy ridge principle utilizing the multi-peak elastic-plastic contact theory,fracture mechanics and the weak boundary theory,a basic principle support is provided preliminarily for its in-depth study and engineering applications.
